If you’re looking for something custom or need a bulk order, pricing will depend on the design details, printing style, and sizes. Bulk Orders
Our bulk ordering process is simple and hassle-free! Just fill out the order form or contact us with your product details, desired quantity, shipping destination, and any special requests. Once we receive your order form, we’ll reach out to confirm all the details to ensure everything is perfect. After that, we’ll send you a personalized quote. Once you accept the quote, we’ll provide an invoice, and once it’s paid, we’ll get started on printing and shipping your order!
Custom Orders
Bring your vision to life with our custom order service! Whether it’s adding your logo, choosing unique colors, or creating something entirely new, we’re here to help make it happen. Perfect for corporate gifts, promotional items, special events, or personal gifts.
You can view our available designs in the Design Gallery for inspiration or submit a design of your own to make your custom order truly unique.
Getting started is easy—just fill out our order form or contact us with your ideas. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to confirm all the details and ensure everything is perfect. Then, we’ll send a personalized quote for your order. Once the quote is accepted, we’ll send an invoice, and after it’s paid, we’ll get started on printing and shipping your custom products!

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, contact us at artistrycreationshobbs@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to: 414 N Turner Suite G, Hobbs, NM. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.
Certain items, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges are handled by returning the item and placing a new order.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection, but it may take longer for your payment method to reflect the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
